This photo for the Daily Post Photo Challenge is a lesson in Focus.  My focal point was set on the tea cup, so the tiny rose and the tea are clear, but the lilacs remain slightly out of focus even with an f-stop of 4.0; they are in danger of looking like large white blobs. I would typically eliminate this photo and re -compose it using a higher f -stop.
