Okay the original name for this recipe is Joni’s brownies. To Joni-whoever and wherever you are I thank you. My kids thank you and future bakers of this luscious brownie will want to thank you as well.
This is by far the moistest brownie you will ever, EVER eat. This is likely due to the count them-4 eggs in the recipe but if you’re considering making brownies at all, you don’t care about the added calories and cholesterol.
This definitely beats any store version of chocolate heaven so ENJOY because I know you will!
3 ounces unsweetened chocolate
1 cup margarine
2 cups sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt the chocolate and margarine in a saucepan. Combine with the sugar in a bowl and mix well. Add the flour, eggs, vanilla and salt and mix well. Pour into a greased and floured 9×13 inch pan ( or slightly smaller). Bake for 30-35 minutes until a wooden toothpick comes out clean. 12-15 servings.
Yummy!! Sounds delish!!
