Breakfast of Champions

What can be better than a bowl full of hearty and fuel charging oatmeal? On a particularly rough-weather day or one where I am going to run past lunch without a meal break, I choose to pair it with fresh fruit, a little cow’s milk and yes a little delicious brown sugar.

Pease porridge hot, pease porridge cold, pease porridge in the pot, 9 days old. 

I prefer mine hot and fresh!
