I simply LOVE lilacs. I have 2 bush varieties myself but have been known to raid city parks or friends’ yards for the blossoms of the tree variety. along with lilacs I adore sweet peas and the huge ice cream scoops of peonies. Scented hand soap from Crabtree and Evelyn round out a perfectly perfect Sunday afternoon.
